​​​​​​​How can I place an order?
You can always order online at our website 24 hours a day!  However, if you prefer to place an order by phone, just contact us at 866.664.6703.

Do you ship everywhere?
We offer free shipping to the lower 48 U.S. states. Some locations within these areas may require an additional shipping fee. (remote rural areas, off-mainland locations, etc.) If you know that shipping is normally extra for your location, please contact us before placing your order for a quote on the extra costs. Otherwise, we will contact you to advise any additional charge. We cannot accept international orders.

​How can I pay for my order?

We accept secure credit card payments through our merchant, PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay for your order. Just scroll down and click "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" or click the "Check Out" button.  If you have placed a phone order and paying by check, your order will ship 5-7 business days after we receive your check.

Please be advised that your payment is not processed on our website but rather directed to our credit card merchant, PayPal to be processed securely on their site.

​What if I want to cancel my order?
Your order can be canceled as long as it has not been processed yet. We do ask that you be sure about your purchase to avoid cancellation. There is a 
3.49% non-refundable fee  charged by our credit card merchant for processing refunds. Your refund will be less this amount.

How will my order ship?
Carletta's Corner offers free shipping on all orders from this site.
Small parcel items are delivered by UPS or FedEx Ground. To avoid products going back and forth due to someone not being available to sign, we do not require a signature at delivery.  The decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person.  If there is any concern, you can leave UPS or FedEx a signed note on your door to leave the package at your back door or other location on your property.
For the heavier items, we use reliable freight carriers. Extra services such as Call Ahead, Guaranteed Delivery and Move of the item onto your property are not included in our free shipping service. Please keep in mind that products that ship this method are either too large or heavy to ship with a small parcel carrier like UPS or FedEx, so you will probably need the assistance of a friend or family member at delivery to help move it to the desired location.  If you will require any extra services, please contact us to order the service and arrange for payment.

When will my order ship and be delivered?
Most of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. The general time frame for shipping of most items is 1-3 days from receipt of the order. Depending on your location, shipments are usually delivered between 1 and 5 business days from shipping date. Although we do our best to ensure your items arrive when we say they will, we cannot guarantee delivery times (small parcel and freight companies do not guarantee their delivery times either). Guaranteed delivery is an extra service that can be ordered by contacting us.

​What about tracking my order?
Once your products have shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking info. Please bear in mind that if you've ordered multiple items, they may not be shipping together, so you may receive more than one tracking number.

​Returns & Refunds 
The truth of the matter is, returns are costly. This is why we seriously implore everyone to read all the specs and ask any questions you may have to make the most informed decision before purchasing. 
For Large LTL Freight items: these items cannot be returned. It is extremely expensive and difficult to arrange.
For Small Parcel items: the original free shipping charge will be deducted from the refund as well as the 3.49% fee charged by the credit card company. For returns beyond 10 days, a 30% restocking fee will also apply.  Please contact us (email is best) to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and the return address. If your package delivery is refused or returned without an RMA #, the restocking fee as well as any return charges applied by the carrier will also be payable. Please note: All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. All returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured. Credit is issued once the item is received and inspected.
Beyond 30 days, we do not accept returns.

​What if My Order Arrives Damaged?
Please make sure that you inspect the packages at the time of delivery. If the box or crate has any damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please write, "Product Damaged" clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. This simply ensures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.

If your item should have any damage, please contact us right away. We should be notified within five days of delivery. We will send a replacement part(s) but if that's not possible, a replacement will be sent. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, you can return the item under our standard return policy.

Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of processing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. If you have contacted or shopped with us, we hope you would not mind receiving email notices regarding new products or specials that we have from time to time. At any time, if you do not wish to get information from us, you can just write to us from the email address involved with "remove me" in the subject line. It will be done right away.

Please be advised: Payments are not taken on this site. Your transaction will  be directed to our credit card merchant, PayPal who will securely process your payment.
